Foragers Feast Spring Foraging Workshops
We run a series of spring foraging courses in association with Shillingford’s at the Quay and Suffolk Market Events. These courses are held in beautiful landscape of Arger Fen in Suffolk. They take place in March, April and May each year.
Our spring courses focus on the abundance of tender spring plants that assault our senses at this time of year and banish the winter blues. We will guide you through the spring larder from the humble nettle to the glorious wild garlic. There is something to delight the eyes, the nose and the taste buds at every turn. Carl Shillingford’s expertise will show you how to turn these amazing wild plants into gourmet delights using little more than a kitchen knife and a camping stove.
